Uttar Pardesh labour commissioner has issued order under epidemic Act-1897 on dated 21/04/2020, that salary with holidays has been payable to all employees for lock down period. Resulting of disobeyed to this order, FIR may be lodge against the employer, but he also directed to the subordinate to inform him before any FIR action against the employer.
