  • Employer’s Liability
    • Notice of opening and closing of the establishment to be furnished.
    • Statutory Registers to be maintained.
    • Notice on closure of the business to be furnished within 60 days.

    • Deposit of dues
    • Funds are being collected from the employers for financing of activities to promote the welfare of labourers.
